International Travel Clinic

Planning a trip out of the country? Our international travel clinic offers services to help keep you safe from illness while you travel. Pre-travel consultations should be scheduled at least one month prior to departure date to ensure full vaccine protection. Simply complete our online survey here and a travel nurse will contact you to schedule your appointment.  Once your appointment has been scheduled, please complete a Registration Form and submit it to travelclinicsupport@nhcgov.com.  This is to be done prior to arriving at your scheduled appointment.  You must be scheduled before you submit a registration form.

If you have any other questions regarding travel consultations, you may email our clinical staff at: travel_clinic_info@nhcgov.com or please call 910798-3500, option 6.

You may also visit the CDC to search your travel destination(s) and to gather additional travel information.
